01 Introduction

69ph is an online gaming platform operated for the Philippine market, offering live casino games, slots, sports betting, keno, bingo, and other gaming products. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 69ph, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and account closure.

These Terms should be read together with the 69ph Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by 69ph.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 69ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. No exceptions will be made.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 69ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion you have applied through 69ph's own responsible gaming tools.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous 69ph account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.

69ph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 69ph may result in account suspension pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 69ph services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on 69ph at any time. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• You may not register more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify 69ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 69ph reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

If 69ph discovers that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be cancelled in full.

04 KYC & Identity Verification

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and responsible gaming obligations, 69ph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before allowing continued gameplay. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your full name and residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photo of the GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account used to fund your 69ph account, confirming that the account is registered in your name.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, 69ph may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account.

69ph will process KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete. 69ph handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

05 Deposits & Payments

69ph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 69ph wallet instantly or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used.
• 69ph does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposited funds are held in your 69ph wallet and are available for gameplay immediately upon confirmation.
• 69ph reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is found to have been made fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once gameplay has commenced using those funds.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 69ph account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for deposits where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified for each payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• 69ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, 69ph may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

69ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each bonus offer.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and other categories may have different contribution percentages as specified in the bonus terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: 69ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses cancelled and may be permanently suspended.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 69ph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

08 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 69ph are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. The following general gameplay rules apply across all 69ph game categories:

• All game outcomes on 69ph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer.
• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, 69ph's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Bets already placed will be settled according to the game outcome. 69ph is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, 69ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return all bets placed during that round.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or exploit techniques.
• Game history and transaction records maintained by 69ph's system shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 69ph and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using another person's identity or payment method to register or fund an account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 69ph platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games and sports betting.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after gameplay has occurred.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 69ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, including self-exclusion, by registering a new account.

69ph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances in such accounts, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities including law enforcement agencies where appropriate.

10 Responsible Gaming

69ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 69ph account holders:

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 69ph platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of 69ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 69ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 69ph platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 69ph content.
• Use any 69ph trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the 69ph platform.

Any unauthorized use of 69ph intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 69ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gameplay outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 69ph's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the 69ph platform, including game guides, odds, or promotional materials.
• Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 69ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law. 69ph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 69ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy

69ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 69ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

69ph is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

14 Account Termination

Either you or 69ph may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 69ph support. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Closure by 69ph: 69ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, fail to complete KYC verification, or if 69ph is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, your license to use the 69ph platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 15) shall continue to apply after account closure.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 69ph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 69ph, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 69ph support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, 69ph's system records shall be the definitive and binding record of all transactions and game results. 69ph's decisions on game outcome disputes are final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

16 Amendments to These Terms

69ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 69ph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 69ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
